All prices shown on the Card Making Heaven Ltd website exclude delivery but include any applicable taxes. P&P is fixed at £1.25 per order. Sample packs are priced as inclusive of P&P. There is no postage / delivery payable on templates are these are downloaded. All prices quoted are in £ sterling, VAT is not charged. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.
Return and Refund Policy Personalised and Downloadable Items
Personalised and downloadable items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or the item is not to your liking. If you have made an error in personalisation or colour choice we are unable to reuse the item and we cannot, therefore, offer a refund. For downloadable goods we cannot issue a refund / accept a return if the item has already been downloaded
If we have made an error we will happily replace the item. Please let us know within 5 working days of receipt and we can make arrangements to send a replacement.
Return and Refund Policy Non Personalised Items
An order for non personalised physical goods can be cancelled within 14 working days of their receipt by you. Unless the goods supplied are faulty / defective the cost of returning unwanted items must be paid for by you the buyer. Any unwanted items must be returned in the same condition as which they were sent. CDs must have the seal intact and you must take reasonable care of the goods you’ve received. Partially used unwanted goods cannot be accepted for refund. Once a returned item has been received and reviewed by us we will issue a refund, usually within 1 working day. Where a refund cannot be issued we will let you know within one working day.
The standard delivery times for most orders is 3-5 working days from receipt of cleared payment, however, during peak times the dispatch can be longer, especially if you are placing a large order. If you need your items urgently, please do not order online and contact us via email or telephone instead. Downloadable items will be made available for download as soon as cleared payment is received.
Payment for orders shall be made at the checkout stage of the website by Paypal or bank transfer. Payment can also be made by cheque. Card payments are processed securely through Paypal. If you wish to pay via cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer to our bank account (using internet banking) then either register on the website, check out and we will process your order once payment is received or go to the Contact Us page to send us a message. We will provide you with all the details you need to make the payment. Let us know in the message which item(s) you’d like to purchase
Submitted orders are considered final. We may be able to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee this. We will notify you as soon as possible via email if there is a problem with your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
- The template is provided for personal use only and cannot be resold
- You can use it as part of a handmade card / crafting / scrapbook item for resale but you cannot cut the template and sell the cut items as standalone items for further use / embellishment by another.
- The template cannot be shared by email, on a craft forum or by any other electronic or printed means.
- The template cannot be copied to a CD or other form of storage device and sold either on its own or as part of a collection.
- Copyright to the template and the design remains with Card Making Heaven Limited and you are granted a licence to use it as detailed above.
We cannot guarantee that the colour display on your device or monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the final product. We are happy to provide colour swatches on receipt of a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
