Card Making Heaven Ltd - Postage and Delivery Information


These despatch times are based on payment by Paypal / direct bank transfer.  If you pay by cheque these despatch times will change according to when your payment is received by us.


All orders for downloadable items (such as downloadable card kits and cutting machine templates) are processed automatically.  Once payment has been made and confirmed you will be taken from Paypal to the page where you can download your templates / kits.  You can also click on the link provided in the order confirmation e-mail or log in to your account on the website where your downloadable items will be made available to you.

 

Download links will expire 96 hours after being sent. Please ensure that the email address you provide to us / Paypal is correct as this is the only way we have of contacting you.

 

If you have not received your download link within 1 working day then please first check your spam folders both on your computer and online with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).  BT Internet and Yahoo seem to have particularly sensitive spam rules so ensure you check your online spam folder with them by logging into your email account via the BT Yahoo email website.  If the email has not arrived then please contact us and let us know so we can investigate.

If you purchase physical shop items such as non personalised cut items your order will normally be processed within 1 working day. Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail and proof of posting obtained. We will let you know if your order is delayed for any reason. Please ensure that you authorise Paypal to provide us with your address - without this we're unable to send your order

Orders for personalised items will be completed within mutually agreeable timescales as time will be needed for design and approval of the personalised goods.

 

Where an item you order is unavailable we will not substitute it with another item. We will inform you if an item you order is out of stock.

Refunds

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have a 'cooling off period' during which you can return certain goods. 

As they are considered services downloadable / digital items are excluded from this cooling off period. The contract is considered complete when the digital or downloadable item is delivered to you / made available for download. All cutting files / templates are test cut before being made available for sale / download. You should ensure that you have the cutting machine / software needed to use the digital product supplied to you.

An order for physical goods (non personalised) can be cancelled within 7 working days of their receipt by you. Unless the goods supplied are faulty / defective the cost of returning unwanted items must be paid for by you the buyer. Any unwanted items must be returned in the same condition as which they were sent. CDs must have the seal intact and you must take reasonable care of the goods you've received. Partially used unwanted goods cannot be accepted for refund. Once a returned item has been received and reviewed by us we will issue a refund, usually within 1 working day. Where a refund cannot be issued we will let you know within one working day.

An order for personalised cut goods cannot be cancelled once the goods have been cut.
